My Crazy World

12:10am: 4 weeks left
So I have 4 weeks left and i've already been on bedrest for a week. I'm sick of it. Bed rest sucks so you should come hang out with me cuz i'm bored. However, even though i'm not due for another 4 weeks they're not so sure she is gonna wait that long.

We are moving again. LJ's mom owns a house out in Tricity and it is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath house for 250 dollars a month. We have about half of the house packed up but we hoped to be completely moved by the weekend. This does not count having everything out of boxes though.

The only other thing i can think of is that I have to go to the doctor twice a week, I have a NST (non stress test) at the beginning of the week and an ultrasound and regular appointment at the end of the week. An NST is where they monitor your abdomen and the baby's heartbeat to make sure that when she moves her heart rate increases. So far everything is ok, I have been having some Braxton Hicks contractions (practice labor) sometimes they are a little uncomfortable but i'm doing ok. She is getting so cramped that every little movement is annoying. It seems like she is moving her whole body and it is not always comfortable.

I don't really know what else to talk about so i'll end this, i'll try to update this thing before she comes, but I wouldn't count on it.

10:54pm: 10 weeks left!!!
That's right, only ten weeks (give or take) and little Alexa is gonna be here. OMG!! I'm really not ready yet. I mean, I feel that I am completely capable of being a mother. Compared to all my old friends i've been ready since High School, but I haven't even had a baby shower yet, I haven't cleaned the house yet, we still have boxes in her room, and the crib hasn't even had the screws tightened. I'm just worried that she's gonna show up before we get a chance to make the house ready for her. Oh just in case I forgot to tell you we are doing her room in Care Bears, we just so happen (or Thor does anyways HEHE) to own the Care Bear movies 1 and 2.

I have gotten alot bigger cuz they told me to eat every two hours and sent me to a dietician for a little while. I don't have to go to the dietician anymore and I worked my last 8 hour shift yesterday, I will only work 7 hour shifts or less until after my maternity leave. I was thinking about applying at Applebee's or somewhere after the baby to make more money but i've been thinking and next April i'll get my annual raise and be up to 7 dollars an hour. I'm not sure it's work leaving after almost a year and a half.

Thor has decided that he's bored with this pregnancy stuff and wants her to be here already. Well, I'm not there yet, I'm not quite ready for her to be here, we don't have everything prepared yet, if she came right now we would be broke by Monday.

I talked to both of my parents for a little bit today. I was glad to get to talk to my dad cuz he's leaving for Pike County in the morning on a job and won't be back in Hoptown for at least 10 days, he can't call from there either I don't think. But he told me he thought it would be a good idea to sell Trixie (my horse) since I'm not really gonna be able to ride her anytime soon and they need to do a little downsizing anyways. There are about 30 horses on that farm, maybe more. But the good news about Dad selling Trixie is that he said he would give me the money she brought which should easily be at least 1,000. She's a pretty good horse, good age, and a beautiful leopard appaloosa. It is just gonna suck that she is gone because I got her because we owned her mother Snowdrop before and she was one of my favorite horses. Trixie looks alot like her mom too just not quite as tall (or maybe i was just that much shorter).

Well I know that no one cares about this stuff any more so i'll hush up. Everybody have a happy day.

2:47am: Figured i should
So I went to the doctor today and I have a possibility of having hypoglycemia. According to them I haven't gained enough weight and I now have to eat something every two hours. To make sure that Alexa is growing right I have an ultrasound in 2 weeks, they're worried she might not be since I haven't gained enough weight to suit them and i'm so small. The reasoning for thinking that I might be hypoglycemic is because i passed out yesterday while I was at work probably because i didn't eat before I went to work. I am going to make sure I get up early enough in the morning to get some food, but I guess that means I need to go to bed. My head still hurts ( I kinda hit my head on the concrete floor when I passed out but I'm ok now) I might take some tylenol before I go to bed.

On another note everything is going good, i'm just tired all the time. Since school let out i'm getting more hours and therefore getting more money which is a good thing. I still don't know when any of my baby showers are going to be but i'm awfully excited about that too. I also want to start on my wedding plans but you kinda need money for gas and such things in order to take little trips. I don't really have anything else to talk about so everybody take care til next time.

1:37pm: It's A Girl!!!
We had the second ultrasound on Monday and we found out that we are definately having a girl. There is no mistaking the sex of this baby because she was spread eagle for the ultrasound. We're going today to make our registry (i'm really excited about that) and I will put the ultrasound pictures up here as soon as I get over to Casteele so he can scan them in for us. I just hope I can find alot of purple in the baby clothes because I'll be damned if i'm going to be swamped with a bunch of pink, I can handle a little bit but not a whole closet full.

9:58pm: boredom sets in
so all the concerts that I have to perform in are now done. Thank god I don't have to glue anymore feathers. I was the costume person for The Magic Flute and one guy had to look like a bird. Anyway that is finally all over. The concert was Friday night and I think it went really well. There were alot of people there and it was pretty funny the only problem being I had to run around alot which I didn't like very much. I am 5 months along right now and you can't tell. Some people can't even tell i'm pregnant if they don't know me and it is very annoying because I want everyone to know.

We have one more week of classes and then finals week. My birthday is next saturday and I have no idea what i'm going to do for my birthday except maybe go to my voice instructor's retirement dinner. I also have to write a 3 page paper and an 8 page paper here in the next few days and I don't even know what the 8 page paper is going to be about. I also have to get cracking on a composition project for Music Theory, not looking forward to that but oh well. I don't really know what else to talk about so i'm gonna go find something to do hopefully, I already had a nap so i'm not very tired.

11:07pm: I'm 19 weeks today, we find out what it is in just under 2 weeks yay!!!

12:19am: way to many things
So tomorrow is my choir concert as well as the first day of Shadow of the Wolf. I hope everything goes ok.it would really suck if it didn't. I have to take care of the children on saturday and I hope I can do that properly. I also have to fix some makeshift garb for daniel, i've already finished my mother's garb which If i do say so myself didn't turn out half bad. I also have to fix costumes for my opera scenes concert next friday and have to find some way to attach craft feathers to fabric and make it look somewhat like a bird.

Oh I am now 18 weeks pregnant and I have my second ultrasound on May 8. Then we can find out if it is a little Gabriel or Alexa. YAY!!! I'm so excited, i'll also get to go make my registry then. My mom is going to the event this weekend so she is coming down here tomorrow. We are gonna go to wal-mart and she is gonna buy me some maternity clothes so that in a month i'll still have pants that fit.

anyways i'm tired and I have alot to do tomorrow so i'm gonna get ready for bed. good night

11:38pm: update
so work sucks like always, but classes aren't so bad, i like my voice lessons because i am learning alot from mrs. Bates and I really like the way she teaches. I have one of my songs mostly learned but not memorized and I don't think it sounds bad, but we'll find out tomorrow.

I go to the women's clinic on monday for blood work and they should set up an ultra sound appointment for the next week or the week after. I don't really care what it is as long as it is a healthy baby. but incase I haven't told you the names yet, if it is a boy his name will be Gabriel Izsak Clark and if it is a girl her name will be Alexa Rayne Clark. i'm a very excited mother.

On another note (aahhh) Shadow of the wolf 2 is coming up next weekend actually. My mom has decided to come to the event and so I'm going to spend tomorrow night and most of saturday trying to get the clothes made for her, some more things for thor, and a few things for his little brother and sister in case they can make it. The only challenging part, i don't really know how to sew so i might make it up as I go. but that's ok

I don't really know what else to say except thor has been getting home way to late and it's getting on my nerves, he also goes to bed so late that today he didn't even wake up until almost 3 pm. ahrg. oh well hope everyone is doing well.

8:24pm: we moved
Yes we have moved. We are now located on Hillwood Dr. which is even closer to applebees and walmart which will hopefully save us money on gas. I have gotten enough money from family members for us to have the electricity turned on YAY and that will hopefully happen on monday. Almost everything is moved except for a few things like some games and some pictures and this weekend we can start setting the house up. I hope he already started. no more cats yay. I am currently at my mom's house it's pretty nice she's doing pretty well and here in a little while i will make the 45 minute trek back to murray from princeton. Not much else is going on. On monday i got to hear the baby's heart beat on the dopplar thingy and it was going soo fast. I am so happy but we still have a little bit to go. Well that's all for now. bye bye

5:16pm: Everything is going good
We had the ultra sound last wednesday and everything is good. It was so cute, we got some pictures which i'll post as soon as i get them scanned. We got to see it moving around, it looked like it was dancing. We won't know what it is for another 10 weeks or so though. I'm hoping we have a little boy but i guess we'll have to wait and see. We're also trying to find a place but we haven't found anything for certain yet, there are a few more places we want to look at. I don't really have much else to talk about so have a good week.

10:50pm: tomorrow
So tomorrow is my first ultrasound and I am very exited. Tomorrow should also be ten weeks and so i am almost through the first trimester. Wow it doesn't seem like it has really been that long. I hope I find out tomorrow that everything is ok because that would make me even happier. Unfortuneatly I won't be able to find out what it is tomorrow because you can't determine the sex of the baby until 16 to 20 weeks. But i'll let ya know tomorrow what is going on.

3:01pm: v-day

I have my first ultrasound next wednesday the 22. I'm excited about it.

Hopefully on the 25 I will get to meet Thor's papaw and that's kinda scary. He's coming up from Arizona and as long as I can find someone at work to switch with me then everything will be ok.

9:32pm: here's the timeline as far as I know

11:31pm: the past week
has been very interesting. They told me on wednesday that I had a 50/50 chance of a miscarriage and do blood work. I have to repeat the bloodwork on friday and get my results on saturday. On saturday, I talk to the stupidest receptionist ever and for no logical explanation have to do blood work again on sunday in which case I tense up my arm and now have a bruise in the crook of my arm. The good news is that I did not have a miscarriage since I already cried all last wednesday. I have an appointment on wednesday and hopefully they'll do an ultrasound so I can know how far along I am.

12:11pm: guess I should tell ya'll too
So the past few days have been very interesting because I found out that I'm pregnant. I'm only about a month along and will probably have the baby at the end of september. Thor and I are getting married in june of this year. So if the baby is a boy his name will be either Drayden Izsak Clark, Gabriel Izsak Clark, or if a girl her name will be Alexa Rayne Clark. Well i guess we all know what i'm going to be doing for the rest of my life huh?

10:21pm: school, court, and snow all in one day
yeah so classes started up today, pwwb. I missed two of them because I had to go to court because when the cop came for the "wreck" i didn't have my registration and proof of insurance on hand cuz they were in hopkinsville, but all is well cuz it got dismissed.

Oh it finally snowed today in murray while I was at work and now that I am off work the parking lots are slick and I couldn't open my car door. I had to get cowboy (sean, a cashier from work who rides bulls) to do it, after he fell on his ass when I told him the concrete was slick.

well i'm actually tired now cuz it's been a long day, so I'm gonna feed my neopet, play a game and go to bed.

so once again I have the samurai, got it back last wednesday. Work still sucks but at least I don't have to actually get up tomorrow until after the sun rises, it's sunday and Thor doesn't have to be at work YAY!!!

1:03pm: still no car
so I hope my dad brings me a car this weekend because I don't know how much longer I can live without a car. I haven't had a car for over a week. I have to rely on other people to take me to work and what's worse is today I have to go to work before Thor gets home from work and Keely went to her parent's house today so she wont be back in time. I hope that my neighbor will be able to take me cuz I really don't want to walk.

Also I still don't have any plans for new year's eve and I don't this year to be like last year....we celebrated the new year 7 minutes late because I was cutting out a tunic pattern in the dining room floor. Oh well here's hoping.

3:34pm: June 9, 2007
That's the day Thor a.k.a. Steven Clark and I are getting married. He asked me Christmas morning with a dog in my lap and a cigarette in my hand. I said yes....are you stupid? I was crying and his little 5 year old sister thought I had been hurt and was hiding behind her christmas presents. So I had to stop crying and tell her that I was ok.

Christmas was pretty good, there was alot of driving but we got some pretty cool stuff for when we get our own place. Hopefully next week we will be getting phones too and maybe my dad will bring the samurai up here pretty soon so that I will have something to drive. It has been a pretty eventful weekend.

10:39am: NEW CAR!!
So on Sunday I went to pick up my little sister from Hopkinsville and my dad had a car waiting for me. It is a 93 Chrysler New Yorker, is a little banged up but that's okay. He said he left the trunk open all day and so the battery had run down. He had been charging it for a little while but it made it all the way to murray and so everything was ok. Well on Monday it doesn't want to start by itself. I have to get a jump just to go anywhere. Tuesday night I put it on a battery charger and put it back on this morning. still no go, so I go over to O'Reiley's Auto Parts and have them check the battery and guess what....it's completely dead. I also find out that thor's Christmas present is on back order and they won't have it in stock for a few months. This is good and bad news. Bad because now i have to get thor's present after christmas. Good because I can now afford the $60 battery. The only bad part about all of this is the fact that I had to change the battery all by myself because I can't get the car out of the darn driveway.

So awesome that I got a new car but now my dad owe's me 60 dollars. Hope everyone has a good Christmas.

12:16am: Why isn't sleep calling my name?
So it's 12:16 am and I can't sleep. I have to be at work at 8:30 in the morning so this is bad. I just found out what I made on my math test though 98, that's good, I thought that I would have gotten a 100 but i guess I forgot a sign or something oh well. still good, still have an A. I had my jury on wednesday (i think i already said this) and yesterday well thursday I got to see my sheets and they said i needed deeper breaths and I need to work on my technique, not completly my fault but i'll get that fixed next semester.

I get to chill for a whole month that is awesome. I don't have to go to class at 8:30 in the morning for at least a month which is a plus. I get to sleep until I feel like getting up which probably needs to be around 9 but i'll figure that out on monday.

Christmas. I only lack Keely's christmas present, well we since Thor and I are putting both our names on the presents. Which is ok since we're not having our christmas (me, thor, Keely, and TJ) until after christmas now. I know what i'm going to get her I just need TJ's opinion for a little more confirmation than my own. I don't really have anything else to say I just don't know what to do since I can't sleep. It probably doesn't help that I didn't get up until 12 today because I had a long day yesterday. oh well, i'll regret it tomorrow. gonna go play a game.

1:31pm: been a while
So um, lets see, my composition is over and done with finally, now all i have to worry about is juries and finals and christmas stuff since I don't have any money this will be hard. I'm also sending out Christmas cards this year YAY and still have to try to get christmas eve off of work so i can do what I already have planned for Christmas. I don't care that it will be Christmas eve and everyone will be coming to wal-mart to get last minute gifts I wanna see my family damn it.

I also have to keep Thor thinking about the event that is supposed to happen in April and it will be December tomorrow. I don't know if we even have a sponsor yet because L.J. doesn't come around anymore and I'm tired of going to meetings where nothing gets done. We still have to find teachers for classes that the Shire picked since Thor didn't come to that meeting and we have to get an ad in as soon as we get a sponsor. We have yet to start making site tokens or scrolls and that's what waited til the two weeks before last time and we had to work every day until the event to have them all ready.

Plus I intend to move by the summer, maybe over the summer and we can't start saving money for that until after christmas because we have to buy christmas presents for little kids, because little kids don't understand that you don't have enough money and expect presents or they are disappointed. I have a Christmas present under our tree now from Thor and everyone I talk to except me knows or has seen what it is. Unfortunately it is in such a little box that I have no idea what it is unless it is something bazaar and I don't get it until Christmas day when we go to his parents house because she wants to see the look on my face when I open it. pwwb Anyways the semester is winding down pretty good as long as I will be able to get in all my recital credits for class. I have no idea how many more I need, like 5 or something and there aren't too many left. I didn't go to the one last night because I wanted to spend time with Thor. Oh well Hope everyone had a Happy Turkey Day and I am so happy that i only have 2 and a 1/2 weeks of school left.
